Hello! As you can see in my About Me, my name is Rachel and I am a student at Texas A&M University. I am majoring in Accounting at the Mays Business School and plan to graduate in May or August of 2017.
If there are any Aggies reading this, I'm sure one of the first things that comes to your mind is, "Does she have her ring?!" No, unfortunately I have not had a chance to order my ring yet. I have all of the qualifications for it except the money. I will be ordering it next school year! Whoop! For those of you that are not Aggies and have no idea what I'm talking about, getting your Aggie Ring is one of the biggest accomplishments you can make while at A&M. It will help land you a job, even in economic downturns. It will help you climb to the top of your company and is one of the biggest networking opportunities we have that differs from other universities. Every university has their ring, but our's means so much more! (not bashing other universities)

Now that you know a little, or lot, about me... I made this blog not only to show a few aspects of my life, but also because I want to tell y'all about my personal experiences with different products. Like I said, I was diagnosed with psoriasis a little over a year ago. I have always had a problem with dry skin but never like this before! By time the doctors figured out what it was, my body was covered in sores and in so much pain. I have honestly never been a fan of any type of cosmetics; I don't really wear makeup and I hate lotion. At first it was hard to adjust to having to put on lotions and ointments. A couple of months ago, I heard about a small company called LUSH (haha). I'm sure most of you have heard of them before! I ordered a few products online and was instantly hooked, except for the price. I do enjoy using a variety of LUSH products but they can be quite pricey, especially for a married college student! That's when the hunt started... I set out searching for moisturizing, beautiful, and natural products at an affordable price! I have ordered from many shops online, some have their own website and others are on Etsy. I enjoy reading other blogs and social media posts, as well as watching YouTube videos, about different companies and their products. I figured I would do the same!
My blog goals:
- Inform readers of LUSH alternatives
- Post reviews, photos, and videos of the products I use
- Grow my bath collection even more
- Grow my personal makeup collection and master different styles and techniques
- Fill my closet with fashionable clothes
- Possibly make new friends and network with different companies
